About the Role:

As a UX Researcher at Snappbox, you will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial ideation and concept development to post-launch analytics and user feedback evaluation. You analyze and report on user-centered design research and tests for products. Upon identifying user needs and goals, you will work in collaboration with the product and design team to implement best practices for a cohesive and streamlined platform. 


  • Conduct and incorporate UX research techniques such as: observations, understandings, analysis, interviews, surveys, card sortings, usability tests, tree tests, and A/B testing to prove or disprove assumptions, find commonalities across our target audience members, and recognize their needs, goals, and mental models in the client's digital space either live or remote. Based on that research, provide data-driven reports, in a variety of formats, to diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives and key user experience metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX research.
  • Analyze data and findings to deliver actionable insights that inform business, product and design decisions.
  • Be involved in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential problems and opportunities
  • Enhance research practices within the team, establishing best practices for rigorous and impactful user research.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs are prioritized and addressed.
  • Define project scope and apply appropriate methodologies to manage a research repository of foundational and evaluative insights
  • Own the entire research process from ideation to insights.
  • Shape User Research capabilities and processes, playing a key role in scaling methods, tools and activities that deliver value.


  • 3+ years experience in user research, or product research in the technology industry
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and Figma is a plus.
  • Work closely with data team teams to identify research needs and also validate our solution
  • Demonstrated experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, moderated and unmoderated usability tests, heuristic evaluations, card sortings, benchmark studies, diary studies, field studies and surveys.
  • A passion for building user-focused products that solve essential problems.
  •  Strong collaboration, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
